Virtual Triathlon Camp
Triathlon Tune-Up Virtual Camp
With only eight weeks left in a grueling year, it’s time to put in the work to make 2021 your strongest year yet! Attend our Triathlon Tune-Up camp from wherever you are in an entirely digital and socially-distant setting.
Customized To Your Goals
Designed to help you see improvement in the event that challenges you the most, this virtual camp allows you to choose between three static training plans that focus on running, cycling, or swimming. Alongside your training plan, you’ll receive a form analysis for the corresponding sport!
Access To Knowledgeable Coaches
Access the expertise of our amazing coaching staff with optional bi-weekly 15-minute consultations. These bi-weekly calls are designed for athletes to touch base and get feedback from coaches on training, nutrition and more. Get their insight and ask the questions that come up along your journey to a kick-ass new year.
Start The Year In Style
All camp attendees will receive a Science of Speed swag bag! This includes one of our popular Science of Speed campfire mugs, our classic Science of Speed tee-shirt, and the always-in-style Science of Speed Podium Hat.
Connect With Other Attendees
Share your training on social media to connect with other athletes who are utilizing these final days of the year to shape up their performance. Use the hashtag #SoSTriTuneUp and be sure to tag @Science_Of_Speed so we can share your journey!
This Running form analysis will provide an athlete a breakdown of their current running form and will help address any inefficiencies in gait if necessary as well as a follow up review (4-6 weeks later) to confirm improvements or any additional adjustments need to be made.
Swim Form Analysis helps athletes improve efficiency in the water and either gain free speed or reduce the amount of work required to maintain the same speed.
Our 8 week Static Plans are designed for the triathlete looking to improve their weakness and select from 3 different training volume loads.
Bi-weekly Coaches “Office Hours” are designed for athletes to log in and get feedback from coaches on training, training plan layout, nutrition, and other training-related details. Coaches will not make alterations to individual athlete training but can provide insight and feedback.
