Winter Trainer Class - Mornings
The Science of Speed Trainer Class has been a game changer for many cyclists and triathletes. The structured training plan provides you with periodized, focused efforts specifically designed to get you to your first spring event with the best fitness ever!
This 17 session series is heavily focused on increasing a riders power at threshold and has shown an average of 5% improvement in power at threshold in as little as 8 weeks!
When: Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7am (January 3rd - February 28th)
- 6 weeks:
- $290 - Trainer will be provided
- Per session:
- $25/ea - Trainer provided - Trainer availability is limited for single session drop in please contact us 24hrs prior to class start for confirmation
What you will need:
- Cycling apparel
- Heart rate monitor or power meter (strongly recommended to increase efficiency of workouts) - A rear wheel speed sensor and cadence sensor can be very helpful as well.
