In Session Trainer Session - Mornings
The Science of Speed Trainer Class has become a staple for many athletes to kick start their fitness leading into the Spring months.
This 8 week course is designed to improve your fitness and functional threshold through key workouts that will challenge you no matter your personal fitness level.
Dates: March 6th - April 26th
When: Mondays & Wednesdays 6-7am
Where: Martial Arts and Fitness Academy
- 8 weeks:
- $315 - Trainer will be provided
- Per session:
- $25/ea - Trainer provided - Trainer availability is limited for single session drop in please contact us 24hrs prior to class start for confirmation
What you will need:
- Cycling apparel (if desired)
- Heart rate monitor or power meter (strongly recommended to increase efficiency of workouts)
