Three Gap Fifty Training Plan
Three Gap Fifty is an amazing day of riding in some beautiful country. It's smooth roads, amazing turnout and challenging climbs are a great deal of the reason for a spectacular turnout.
Just because it is the shorter version of the Six Gap do not let that make you believe it is an easy day in the saddle. Two challenging climbs can leave your legs burning and your lungs on fire if your fitness levels are not up to snuff.
